Through several different rental sources, our website and several specialized international websites, we will work to maximize the rental rate and occupancy potential of each property. There’s no restriction on the amount of weeks available for your personal use.
Our letting service include:
- Meet and greet
- Inspection to the property after a rental
- Welcome packs
- Handling enquiries from clients
- Handling client complaints
- Keeping booking and availability calendars
- Holding damage deposits and making relevant deductions if any damages.
- Issuing clients with booking conditions, directions and arrival instructions
- Maintaining telephone or email contact with clients from the first enquiry until they arrive
- Provide details on how everything works, where to dispose rubbish, informing them of house rules and giving information about local restaurants, local attractions etc.
- Cleaning and laundry service. The cleaning is the key to success in the rental market, we visit the property after each letting to clean and change towels and linens for new arrivals. If required a mid-week cleaning during the owners or guests stay can be arranged and will include cleaning and changing of sheets and towels.
